You need to be a "Donating Member" to Yorkie Talk to have enough file space for a moving avatar. I cannot find the threas with the donation information for you, but it does talk about donating status in the Yorkie Talk rules. I know it is a $25 donation to
donations@yorkietalk.com through Paypal (or PM admin to send a check).
