Lily was never protective of her toys because she would chase the cat and get it back and it was a fun game they played but since she had LP surgery she will not walk on the hard wood floors, we put a some area rugs down but there are still places she cant get to. The cat will run off with her toy and put it just out of her reach and she gets so mad. So lately she protects her toys with her life LOL.
