Oh...I totally understand your concern. Does she rub her head on the ground at all? My Paris #1 had a very pretty coat until she was about 2, then she had an allergic reaction to a flea treatment. Ever since ( 2.5 years) she has had severe breakage on her head.
I hope they can determine what the problem is.
She's adorable btw.
