He will put his head down, his front legs stretched out in front of him on the floor with his butt up in the air....and he stays that way for a few minutes. Max does this type of posture too, but only occasionally and it's when he wants you to play with him. He doesn't hold it like that and his butt isn't usually up that high. Mostly all dogs will stretch after napping, sleeping, etc. All very normal to do. Each dog will do this differently.
