I'm only trying to have thoughts for U to think of and try to get a better understanding of what U're needs are.
How many was in each of U're Yorkies previous litters?
We had our 1st litter of 4, then of 6 all with the same mother and father and 13 months apart. I myself don't think I could keep up with 3 females having 3 different litters that close, plus my regular pack of 5 (I could do this next year if I was to find a stud to breed my 2 youngest babies with, but won't due to knowing I can't keep up with all them so close, I choose 1 litter a year). Now I'm sure that there are breeders here that has had 3 litters that close or around the same time and if so I wish they would share their experiences with U so U will have some idea of what to expect. I know one has already shared thier experience with U.
MY RESPONSE: Maggie(the one that is due first) she had 4 pups her only litter. Scarlett(second to have puppies) I wasn't planning on breeding her. I wasn't expecting for her to come into heat for another two weeks and she came early and I'm sorry to say but didn't realize it until I saw them tied. She has had my biggest litters of all. 4 and 5 each time. Lucy(my last to have puppies) had 4 then 2.
"All of my litters are going to be about three weeks apart from each other. I think that is plenty of time to spend on each litter to make sure everyone is doing great. By the time their eyes are open and they are moving around, I will be having another litter. I know that I am going to have to keep my eyes on them but they won't be so fragile and they will be moving all over."
And I do have to wonder if 3 weeks apart is plenty of time apart. There's so many ifs in Breeding Yorkies and could haves that happen.
"By the time their eyes are open and they are moving around?"
They move, poo, pee, can get sick, get into fights, mother can still lay on them, what if they aren't eating right by 3 weeks old? What if U have to hand feed a litter? I'm not trying to be mean but U should really consider maybe hiring someone to be there with U full time for like the next 3 to 4 months. Do U have children? I know it was hard on me to have 10 (Puppies & adults) at one time last Summer, There's no way I could keep up with 10 and say I had 2 more litters due that close together, I would of ask/begged for help.
MY RESPONSE: I know that it is cutting it close. I didn't intentionally breed them this close. It was when they were in heat. I was only going to have two litters and as I said before...we had an accident. But what do I do about that now. I've just got to do my best and accept what happened and move on. If I feel that I can't keep up with all of them by myself...my sister doesn't work and she has a live in nanny that helps her. So they can both come over if I ask.
"I know that I am going to have to keep my eyes on them but they won't be so fragile and they will be moving all over."
I don't think with U having 3 litters at a time U'll be able to take U're eyes off of them, And to me 3 week old puppies still are so fragile, I don't think they are unfragle until they are like 3 to 4 months old really I don't. Then U still have to watch them close more so with really tiny ones.
MY PUPPIES ARE ALL HEALTHY, HAPPY, AND PRE-SPOILED WHEN THEY ARE READY TO COME TO YOU!
Why did U put Healthy Puppies on U're web site when they aren't even here yet. I mean I understand U making U're web site early and all but to post that to me isn't right for how do U know this in advance, unless maybe some of U're females was already bred to U're male that U own and then maybe U could say that. But still I wouldn't due to every litter is different even with the same male and female.
MY RESPONSE: Like I said, I was only messing around with my website. If my puppy has something wrong with it, I have to tell everyone what is wrong. I can't send a puppy home with a defect without the people knowing. I know all of this. I have bred my male twice already as a stud and he hasn't thrown off any birth defects.
"WE HAVE HAD TWO LITTERS OF BABIES WITH HIM SO FAR AND HE ALSO HAS THREE MORE LITTERS ON THE WAY!"
So did U have them U're self or was he studded out?
APRI REGISTERED!
What is APRI Registered? I would like to know as I've never heard of it.
MY RESPONSE: America's Pet Registry, Inc.
Here is the website. http://www.aprpets.org/page.php?3
Are all U're female Registered too?
MY RESPONSE: Yes all of my females are registered. two of them are register akc and one is ckc
How much does each of U're females weigh?
MY RESPONSE: All of my females weight between 6-7 pounds they are a nice size so hopefully no problems!
Has any of them had x-rays yet so U know how many to expect? Are U going to be able to afford C-Sections if any is needed? Can I ask where U adopted all U're Yorkies from? Did U get any books that was suggested for U to get?
MY RESPONSE: Maggie has had an ultrasound and an x-ray done. We are going to have 3 maybe 4 by what the doc could see. I brought her in to early for the x-ray to show bones and to late for him to see each puppy on ultrasound. I asked it he thought that I should bring her in again for another test and he said that No, I wasn't going to have any problems with her. I bought two of my dogs from my mentor and the other one bought from a local breeder. No I have not bought any books that were suggested. I do all my research online.
I hope other experienced breeders will help U here with questions U may have so U won't be stuck whelping and not knowing what to do. (I know U've said U're Mentor will be there to help U but it would be nice if U knew some to be of help to her while she is there.) Does U're Mentor live very far from U? I hope this may help U in some way and maybe get U to thinking about getting some help to stay with U, it can get very overwelming and U will be so tired. This is just my OPO.
