My yorkie had two sessions of throwing up when she was around the same age. I called the Vet and they told me to take her in now. They told me to give her sugar water(3 parts water to 1 part sugar) and then I could also get this stuff call nutripal for puppies. Its a squeeze tube with nutrients in it for puppies that won't eat.
