Thanks all for the replies. I can see how it might be a sensitive topic. Your answers make perfect sense, and I agree with you 100 percent.

I was just wondering what would happen if someone signed an agreement and then the pup grew into the fictitious "perfect yorkie," in size, health, temperment and everything else they judge on. But I presume by birth a good breeder will know what kind of dog it is.
