I'd really go to the store and get the mylcon or baby castoria drops. sounds like to me if you are using a syringe he could be getting air in his tummy. Vet sounds good to be going too but I spent over 300 at the vet and couldn't find out why the puppy was crying and low and behold I gave the baby castoria and within in 10 minutes the puppy stopped crying and was doing good and I never had no other trouble with her
