I haven't had a Yorkie do this, but my youngest pug, Bentley did for a short time when I first got him. He was about 15 weeks old, and I started him out by crating at night....he did great....progressed to sleeping on his bed in the kitchen (baby gated)....and then all of a sudden he started urinating on his bed every night. I thought maybe I wasn't letting him out early enough, but that wasn't it. I though maybe I wasn't getting it washed out, but completely changing bedding didn't help either. After about 2 weeks, he just stopped. Don't know why...it was like he just all of a sudden grew up.
Now that I'm through with this story, I realize it's not very helpful, sorry! lol I guess I just want to let you know that even if you don't figure it out, it might change anyway.
