I was aware of the California regulations being proposed and have written to my representatives to kill the bill. I'm with you about PETA... not a good org. in my opinion. What we all need is a little restraint and moderation, not fanatacism and extremism. And just how did California think they would enforce a regulation requiring spaying?? They are millions of dollars over budget now!
