It will grow back. Usually what I do is wash the face regularly because when they are teething the boogies get worse. I also tend to part the hair on the nose and wet it a bit with water to get it to stay down and it will train to stay that way. It will grow back but I find it to be a huge nuisence as it grows back as it takes forever and you have to keep cutting it or it pokes them in the eyes.
If you look at the bottom as you try to post you will see a spot that says manage attachment. You hit that and you can pick were your pic comes from and then easily upload it.
