I'm in the same boat!

I'm trying so hard but I catch myself eating unconsciously. I do fine with breakfast and lunch, but I eat supper with my BF...in front of the tv. I can't convince him to eat at the table and I don't want to eat by myself. This is taking a lot of work, but I'm going to keep trying! Hang in there girl, this is gonna work!
