Well i think her friend must be lying or not using anything when she bathes them (just water), or a low quality shampoo/conditioner. When i give charlie a bath I use a lilac smelling conditioner and he smells good for DAYS not just one but like 3. And after that he still doesn't smell bad, he just loses the lilac smell.
