Its an awful feeling to not feel safe in your own neighborhood. I'm so sorry you have this worry, and to think 2 days in a row something like this happened is really scary.

We have a street that forms an oval, there is only one entrance/exit and its a small nice neighborhood. There was a pittbull that lived here and it was always in their chainlink fence. When I would walk by with my kids the dog would bark, but not in a manner that made me very nervous. When I would walk by their house with one or both of my labs this dog would go balistic. I would have my eye on it the whole time and it would be shaking the chainlink fence in his jaws trying so viciously to rip that thing apart and get after my dogs, or me.. who knows. Scary stuff... i'm glad that my neighbors moved
