As far as the mircochipping, it is still fairly new. What I had read the problems starts showing up 18 months or longer after the microchip is implanted. I think I will just pass on the microchip.
I have a question here about the shots, I take all my puppies in to our Vet @ 6 week for their shots and I do leave the Lepto out, then they go back at 8 weeks. I told him about the NO PARVO ZONE sign I put up on our front and back doors to make people take their shoes off outside, and he said not to allow no visitors until they had their 2nd shot as people could carry Parvo in on their clothes and our puppies could still get it, we had tons of cases here in our County alone last year and we was blessed that our didn't get it. So I did what they told us. How do U keep U're babies from getting Parvo if U don't give their shots till later? Do U allow visitors? I'm just wondering how U do it so maybe I can learn.

I give interceptor more in the summer say May, June, July, August and sometimes Sept. If it is really warm here for the heartworm as mosquitoes are so very bad here where we live, ours has never had a Worm one. Anything bad about Interceptor? I've gave it to Teddy and Tiffanie their 1st summer we had them and they are now 3, so far we've had no trouble with it.

As far as microchipping, Sage is microchipped and I was really thinking about getting my other 4 microchipped too, now I wonder if I should. It seems like for every good in something there's like 5 bad with it.
