my little Smokey wears a belly band 24/7...he doesnt get infections...i wash him off every morning before i change belly bands.....we use serenity pads....my breeder has used both and said the serenity ones absorb more....and boy do they.....i think he weighs 2 pounds more by the end of the night.....lol
