Well, I made the 2 hour trip to Atlanta today for my checkup after my surgery. It will be 3 weeks Wednesday.

Can I get a drumroll????????

Fifteen pounds!

My Dr was thrilled - He said I'm right on schedule and that by 4 weeks I'll probably have lost 20 lbs. After that, the loss slows down to between 6 and 10 lbs per month.

I'm so happy!!
