I'm not sure how long it stays cool. I have to test it, but I would think at least an hour. That's one reason I am running a special on two.

You can use one and re-freeze the other.

Are you planning to put this in a special place like a car seat? If the size isn't that different, I can custom make it to your measurements. Just let me know.
