I think there are some folks on YT that are making the belly bands with and absorbant pad inside similar to cloth potty pad. I just saw them the other day. I haven't used them for anything but marking, but I would think the absorbant pad bands would be better than just a regular belly band for incontinent babies. I'm sure someone on here has had experience with this.
