Lightbulb Custom pet warming/cooling comfort pads

I am so excited!! I have come a long way from a year ago. Last year at this time, I didn't even know how to use Paypal! (You guys have corrupted me.) Now I have an online store at Etsy. I use it mostly to showcase my mosaic artwork, but I have started selling a few other items as well. One of those is what I am offering to all of you on YT. I will gladly do custom orders upon request. Send me a pm, and we will work out the details.

Puppy Comfort Pads
for $17 each (including shipping and Paypal fees) or two for $25. (NOTE: These sell for $12 each PLUS $10 shipping ($22 total) in my Etsy store.)

********This special price will ONLY be available to YT members for the month of April***********

Puppy Comfort Pad

The Puppy Comfort Pad is an eco-friendly, re-usable pad that may be used as a heating pad for minor aches and pains or to keep newborn puppies warm. It may also be used in place of ice (less mess) as a cold pack for first aid use or in extremely high temperatures.

This item comes in two pieces. The inner pad may NOT be washed, so always use this item with the outer pillow case over it. Wash the outer pillow case if necessary, but not the pad itself.

Description/ materials: This pad is made of an inner layer of 100% cotton that is divided into compartments or “pockets” to keep the rice from shifting too far. Inside this layer is mostly rice with a touch of dried lavender to help calm and soothe. This compartmentalized center core is then sewn into another pocket of fabric. This makes the actual puppy comfort pad. This pad may NOT be washed. This comfort pad is inside a pillow case made of fleece. This fleece pillow case may be washed if necessary using cold water (no bleach) and tumbled dry.

Storage: Since it takes longer to cool down a comfort pad than to heat it up, it is best to keep the pad inside of a plastic Ziplock-type bag in the freezer. If you need an instant ice pack, it will be available and ready to use.

To heat it, put it in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes. This heating time will vary depending upon your microwave, so check the temperature carefully. These pads can stay warm for up to an hour, but might need to be re-warmed sooner. Be very careful to check the temperature before using with infant or newborn puppies. While this is much safer than using an electric heating pad, puppies might be burned by pads that are too hot.

This is a sample photo. Your item will be custom made in the fabric of your choice. See the available fabrics in the photo collection. Please allow three days (not including shipping).

This puppy comfort pad is approximately 8 x 12”.
