Oh it's not a scam per se....it's just they are trying to get more money....if enough people buy tickets to get a free puppy they will make a lot more than if they just sold it directly to someone. I just would think they would want to know who was getting the puppy and no just let a random person win it. This is who I bought Teddi from and I am so very glad I got exactly what I wanted (except for the liver shunt that I didn't not relize I was getting as a bonus!).
