This is what ethical breeders do...if there is a known problem, they spay/neuter the animal to prevent the problem from being spread.
I just don't understand intentionally breeding for the blue born pups. I think it's sad that so many of them (that reach adult hood) end up with leathery skin that is painful for them. What kind of life is that?
