Ahhhhhh - try to hang in there.
Trust me the Belly Band with help alot. Right now the marking is a big issue. And once you can control that, things will get a little better from there on until he can get neutered, and YES once the neuter is complete, things will also be much better too.
I know how stressful it all is, b/c you have night and day doggies
- but once you can get him neutered, that should 'curb' those raging hormones that he can't help but want to release.
I would definitely try to make some sort of home made belly band until the real ones arrive.
