I just tried this one, and even though I have one I bought, it came with Paint Shop Pro, this one is so simple to use, and you can make a gif in less than a minute. I think I'll be recommending this from now on, I've never heard any feedback about the other program, I just know several people have recommended it. So if you don't like the other one try this one, it's free too.
