Default What's the point..help me figure it out..

So what's the point of using a onesie for our babies when they get neutered or spayed? I know it keeps them from getting to their stitches, but then wouldn't you need to make a small hole for them to pee through? So wouldn't that make the use of a onesie pointless because even with a small hole they can reach their stitches? I'm just curious because as most of you know Coco is getting spayed on friday. I got her a premie onesie, which I would much rather use than an e-collar (even though she has a great one that Allison made her) because she doesn't like the e-collar and gets really distressed. I've even tried putting it on her 5 minutes a day so she can get used to it, and she is but it's too painful to watch her be so sad.
