a great game (not one of those dumb ones) is Bridal Shower Bingo. You make bingo cards (obsviously each one has to be different) and you fill it with gifts you think she will probably get and the first one to get Bingo wins a prize.. something for people to do when she is openeing gifts.
A great theme is time of the day or room of the house. People are given a time or a room and have to buy accordingly!
