you have to confine him to a small area and keep doing everything you have been. He is still very young, when I got max he was 15 weeks old and already potty trained (thank god) but there have been members here that have been trying to potty train their dogs for 1 plus years. it depends on the dog, some catch on fast and some are more stubborn. He will get it eventually
