I guess it depends on each store, and if you have them in a carrier, which doesn't work for me since my boys are too big for a carrier. But I allways take my boys into the Coach outlet, and of course they are wearing their Coach collars accompanied with their Coach leashes so they don't seem to mind them being in there.
