Welcome, Chelsie!! Sorry you are having difficulties. The people here are really nice and are always happy to assist! The site is fairly new but it is the most helpful and always open to suggestions. They try to accommodate any request which is made! It took me a while to understand but they were very patient and kind! Again, welcome!!
