He's a little darling. Ask your vet to recommend a specific diet that will beef him up a little but be careful not to take him from under weight to over weight. A couple of ounces can make a big difference in a little one. As for his diet I'd eliminate the eggs, chicken and rice is a pretty safe diet but he really needs a more balanced dog food which includes veggies. Whatever you do approach it slowly, their little systems can only handle very small changes.
