Probably not, you have to wait until all the adult teeth are in and see if the puppy teeth have fallen out or if your dog has shark teeth (two rows of teeth)
They aren't going to just pull a bunch of baby teeth without the adult teeth in. At least that is my understanding.
Some people wait longer to get them fixed because of the baby teeth issue. They don't want to put them under twice so they wait until both can be done together.
