There are many registered poorly bred Yorkies that resemble Silkies. A puppy that is 3 lbs at 11 weeks will probably be around 7 lbs grown so that is a normal weight for many Yorkies. Many female Yorkies are a little long in body. The parents would have to be registered as Yorkies in order to register the puppies as Yorkies unless someone was using some underhanded paper work.
