We have had direct tv for about 5-6 yrs now. I just got the DVR in the last 6 months now. We love it! I do have the service plan and have had it out to our house twice to fix problems. I think it is worth it!
One thing I like is...we live on the West Coast. We get the NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox east and west coast channels. I can watch something that usually comes on at 8:00 at 5:00. I love this feature! (we do pay extra for that...but worth it as well.)
It does seem to keep adding up...but hey...oh well, at least we are home with the furbut! LOL
Back to the service plan.....I have stoped/dropped it for a few months (during the summer) then I add it again before winter (when most problems occur)
In a nut shell, we have been very happy with the customer service and also the quality of picture of direct TV! |
