What an absolutely shocking thing to happen to your poor little girl!!! I am so pleased she came through the surgery. Please keep us updated. This must be so painful for you (and her). Just yesterday, I was taking my little Mango for a walk with my friends and their Yorkies. When a large dog approached, even though he was leashed, we all picked our babies up. You just never know what to expect, but I NEVER trust any large dog, no matter how "well behaved" their owner says it is. Our little ones are just so tiny, so utterly defenseless, they rely on us totally to protect them. Especially with my Mango who at just over 4 lbs, thinks she is the size of a Great Dane.
