We don't have kidney issues, only pancreatitis. But, I would make sure she is getting some veggies along with the rest of her food and keep the protein on the lower side. We use The Honest Kitchen freeze-dried raw and LOVE it!!! The protein ratio is similar to kibble, but human grade and highly recommended by holistic vets.
