Both the dress and sweater are made by Oscar Newman. I bought them at a local upscale pet store, but if you go to the Oscar Newman site
http://www.oscarnewman.com/ and click on "store locations" they have online retailers also. The clothes are kind of pricey......so shop around for sales......I got the dress and sweater for 50% off.
