Its amazing to me how people just dispose of animals as if they are actually trash!
I once saw on Animal Police NY that a woman did not want her pups so she through them in the trash can.........literally, she put them in a plastic bag, tied it up and put them in the bottom of the pail! She acted as if it was no big deal.

Thankfully, the police responded and saved the pups but if it was not for a neighbor who saw or heard something they would of all died!
