i also clean my bathroom and kitchen tiles with a bleach solution, my puppy hasn't licked the tiles as of yet BUT ONE of my cats has a strange affinity for the scent of bleach and he tries to lick the tiles (*well he used to*), now i rinse them extremely well and dry them also. so just make sure that you RINSE WELL, COMPLETELY DRY EVERYTHING AND HAVE GOOD VENTILATION AND EVERYTHING SHOULD BE FINE.
