Mogli loved food ... but if you put a little hot sauce on your finger, he'd get within a foot or so and start showing is teeth ... he hated it!!!
After he smelled it, he'd stay about 4 feet away!
I don't recall him eating his sh!t when he was a puppy ... I would try the hot sauce ... it's really just peppers and sodium ... try a dab on your finger and see if Dixie likes it (if so, don't use it as the fix!)
