Welcome and congrats on Nemo! I have a 1.5 year old female, Tatum. You know, I would think that if your vet agrees that he's a bit underweight, he would have an idea of what to recommend to get him chunked up a little. As my poodle that I previously had got older and had heart issues, he lost weight and needed to be beefed back up. The vet put him on a specific Science Diet prescription food that helped a lot. I don't personally recommend Science Diet because there a lot better ones out there but in your case, our recommendations might not be what you need. Tatum eats Innova but has only been on it a couple months. She loves it but still... not sure what you need to feed yours. I would ask the vet if there's a prescription one that he recommends that is maybe higher in calories or whatever Nemo is needing. Good luck with him... he looks like a sweetie!
