OMG This is so horrible! What kind of art is that?

Thats no art at all!

Poor dog! This is so cruel! I am sitting here crying, just cant believe how cruel people can be. I hope that so called "artist" will burn in hell and so as others who watched and did nothing! I am so shocked, not even one person did anything to save that poor thing.
