Maybe Meeko is just slow to die. Not quite as effective as dead...but sounds cute.
For beg...have him sit. Then have the treat just beyond his nose...not so far he feels like he has to stand UP on his hind legs to reach it.
I haven't taught crawl, but I have been told....teach them down...once you've gotten that accomplished have them go into the down position...then hold the treat...just out of their reach in front of their nose...while repeating crawl. My nephew's dog does crawl...to the command... gi joe.
