My Jack Russell mix had a dew claw on one of her back legs that was dangling and always catching on things so we decided to have it removed when she was spayed. It didn't seem to bother her afterwards. I didn't know then that it is suppose to be very painful for them if they are older. Still, I didn't have much choice it kept catching and tearing which also must have been painful. |
