These little babies are know as "Ratters", and are working dogs. They are also used to catch rabbits.

yes shaking them by the throat viciously.. BUT IT'S still cute.. maybe i'd think differently if it was a living animal.. but for now it's just a stuffed red penguin toy.. or one of those long dog toys from petsmart! hahaha =]
