I saw this months ago on a myspace bulletin.. I couldn't believe it. What I really had a hard time with is the fact that people day in and day out walked by and around this dog, KNOWING it was starving to death.
The things that go on in other countries.. like this and the fur trade in China.. are incomprehensible to me.
Awareness is the key.. As hard as it is to watch.. You must to get MAD enough to make a change or at least to try.. spread the word.
