I want to get into breeding. Not right now of course i want to give myself at least a year of learning and researching and tons and tons of reading. After having my sweet little babies a couple who are not standard bred and one even poorly bred
I want to make that better.... better the breed as some would say. I could never imagine my life without my babies and i want to be able to give that joy to others. I know that there is very little profit if any in breeding and i don't care that is not why i want to do this. I might go in the red and i still don't care. Because like i said that has nothing to do with why i want to do this. Okay that being said my question is. Are there any books or websites that i need to buy or read? I know there are the threads here and i plan on reading them religously but other than that any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Oh and also my babies are just that my babies and i do not plan on breeding them. Not to mention i only have one baby that would even be able to breed and he is my little man and i don't want his attitude to change so he is not a possibility. I plan on getting a breeding pair. That is another delima for me where do i start on even finding the breeding pair? I know it is nothing i need to do right now being that i want to give myself at least a year to learn. But i do want to research on what to look for what questions to ask etc. Thanks guys i never thought i would ever even consider doing this but these babies have just changed me so much they are so wonderful!!!!!!!!!!
