Sorry, but I disagree w/ you... It has to leave residue behind because I used to use it to clean my bathroom and unless it was completely dryed my girls would not have access to the bathroom... Well, Maggie developed a major allergic reaction on her belly, legs and feet (while I am taking a shower she likes to lay down and wait for me in the bathroom) When I stoped using bleech her allergies were gone...
