Wouldn't she have blackish ears if it were mites? Also, she has been to the Vet many times and he says nothing about mites. I am not ruling it out though, but he did say she just has alot of wax, just like some ppl have a lot of ear wax
She is on Interceptor monthly
And I just started them back on Frontline Plus (I stopped during in Nov thru March)
