Off the top of my head -- have you thought about trying CC's product called Peace & Kindness - if you read the testimonials, it looks pretty hopeful - and price-wise, it may be worth a try; maybe you could call them and ask their opinion:

(I would say the spray would be good if you think it's purely topical; whereas a nutritionist would be good if you think the skin is acting as an elimination organ, therefore, it's deeper)
