I've read this type of coat being described as European silk, it is kinda thick but has no waves and it seems pretty easy to maintain and it seems to be growing at a good rate (he is 8 months)
My question is how do I take care of it, products, brushes, combs, what to cut whatever advice anyone has for this type of coat. Ideally I would like him to have the long show coat right now taking him to a groomer isn't an option but I can order whatever I need

by the way I "attempted" to shave his ears but next time my husband who has a steadier hand will be doing that
